Steam the broccoli until just cooked, drain and cool. <br />

Heat oven to 400F. Place broccoli on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt pepper, and then drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over broccoli and toss to coat again. <br />

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar <br />

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until tender. <br />

LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin<br />1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce<br />1 can (15.25 oz.) kidney beans, drained<br />1 can (4 oz.) ORTEGA Diced Green Chiles<br />1/2 cup whole kernel corn<br />1 tablespoon chili powder<br />1 teaspoon ground cumin<br />1 teaspoon salt<br />1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<br />HEAT vegetable oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Rinse beans and clean debris. Place beans all ingredients in a large pot with the water. Cover and simmer over low heat for at least 2 1/2 hours. Or use a slow-cooker such as a crock pot for overnight cooking. (Note: Do not soak beans prior to cooking.) 3 cups reduced-sodium vegetable or chicken broth <br />
1 (12-ounce) can ff evaporated milk <br />
Salt and freshly ground black pepper <br />

In a large stock pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, garlic, carrot, and broccoli. Pour broth over vegetables and increase the heat to high. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth or you can use a blender. Add milk and simmer 1 minute to heat through. Puree again. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. <br />

½ to 1 tsp. salt <br />
1 bay leaf <br />

Combine all ingredients in a 4-6 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Just before serving use a potato masher to mash some of the peas in the soup for a thicker consistency. <br />
